Partnership

NORSACA has a commitment to ensuring that the needs of all children with autism in the region are met and to this end seeks to work in close partnership with other agencies.

Working arrangements with Nottinghamshire LA are exceptionally well developed, this includes active involvement in the Early Communication and Autism Partnership (ECAP) which works with up to seventy children, their families and settings across Nottinghamshire.

The ECAP team that works in the south of the County is based at the Park Hall Autism Resource Centre, a joint facility operated by NORSACA and Nottinghamshire Local Authority. Children's Services contribute to the work of the East Midlands Regional Partnership. Sutherland House School has excellent links with a number of independent schools and colleges.
