Supported Living and OutreachPrint page
What is supported living?
Our supported living service helps people with autism to live in their own home. Support is put in place to help you live as independently as possible. This could mean that you are supported for a few hours a week, everyday, overnight or for 24 hours a day. The support is carefully planned to meet your needs.
Supported living offers a care package that promotes independence and provides a quality service that that is both flexible and secure.
We help you make the important choices and decisions that affect your life.
Our outreach services provide support to individuals with autism, either in the community or in their home environment. It enables people to take part in leisure activities, to gain daily living skills and in some cases to undertake supported employment.
