NORSACA News Autism Charity Supported by Fundraising Party Tugby resident, Jane Shears organised a party at her home to raise £605 for autism charity NORSACA recently. See document 13th June 2008 Marathon Walk for Charity Langwith resident Colin Draper raised £774 for autism charity NORSACA by walking over 25 miles last month. The walk took 8 hours and 20 minutes and went from Colin’s home to all five sites of Sutherland House School. See document 6th May 2008 Local Autism Charity Organises Ground-Breaking Conference Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire-based autism charity NORSACA has organised a ground-breaking one-day conference at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham. 4th April 2008 Students Celebrate 40 Years of Excellence Students with autism from Sutherland House School are staging a drama show at the Djanogly Recital Hall, University Park, Nottingham. See document 7th March 2008 New Developments at Sutherland House School 21st February 2008 SPECIALIST SCHOOL DESIGNATION Sutherland House School are delighted that their application for Specialist School Designation has been successful. This will take effect from September 2008, and will bring funding to progress a number of developments.
